Terms of Service

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay; placing an order does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability), in which case the payment will be refunded in full.

We ship across India via our courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location. You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp / email once your order is dispatched.

Our return policy is described in detail at /return-policy. In summary: 5-day window from delivery, only for damaged or defective items, 360-degree unboxing video required.

All content on the Service — logos, photography, copy, product designs — is the property of TOPBIN SPORTS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of it without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, our systems, or the systems of our service providers.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service or its data without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@topbinsports.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOPBIN SPORTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
