4. We'll respond within 6 working hours during business hours (Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 7 PM IST)

What happens next

- We arrange a free pickup within 2 working days - You choose: replacement (we ship the same size/colour fresh) or full refund (credited to original payment method within 7-10 working days)

Why the 360° video is mandatory

A 360-degree unboxing video proves the jersey arrived damaged (not damaged in use). It protects honest buyers from delays and lets us process your refund/replacement same-day.
