We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery on unworn, unwashed jerseys with all original tags. Please read carefully before placing an order.

When you can return

- Damaged or defective product - Wrong product / size delivered

When we can't accept a return

- Sale or offer products - Items used, washed, or with missing tags - Items returned without a 360° unboxing video

Mandatory: 360° unboxing video

A 360-degree unboxing video is required for every return. Start recording before opening the package and capture the full unboxing, the jersey laid out, and the visible issue. Without this video we can't process the return.

How to start a return

2. Share the 360° unboxing video
3. We'll arrange a free pickup within 2 working days
4. Refund credited to your original payment method within 7-10 working days after pickup
