We collect the following categories of information:

• Order & account information — name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and items purchased.
• Payment information — processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials on our servers.
• Communication preferences — when you opt in to order updates over WhatsApp or email.
• Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar diagnostic data collected via cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

• To process and fulfil your orders, including shipping and returns.
• To send transactional notifications about your order — order confirmation, dispatch, and tracking — over WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• To respond to customer-support requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
• To improve the Service through aggregate, non-identifying analytics.
• To send marketing communications, only if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use the WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to send order-related notifications to the phone number you provide at checkout. By placing an order you consent to receive these transactional messages. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our WhatsApp messages, after which we will fall back to email for order updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only to the extent necessary:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Shipping partners — to deliver your order (name, address, phone).
• Meta (WhatsApp, Pixel) — for transactional WhatsApp messaging and conversion analytics.
• Google Analytics — for aggregate site analytics.
• Cloudinary, Supabase, Vercel — for media hosting, database, and application hosting.
• When required by law, a valid legal request, or to enforce our Terms.

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, and third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) for analytics and ad measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Service may not work correctly without them.

We retain order, payment, and tax records for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting laws (typically 8 years). Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle returns, disputes, and legal obligations.

We use industry-standard safeguards — HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, two-factor authentication for admin access, signed webhooks, and access-controlled databases. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You can request:

• Access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
